Monthly Visual Check
- Look for frayed cables
- Watch for crooked movement
- Listen for new grinding or scraping
- Check that tracks are clear
- Inspect visible hinges and fasteners
Opener and Safety Check
Make sure the opener responds normally and that the safety-reversal system is not being bypassed.

Avoid adjusting or disassembling high-tension spring components. If the door is heavy, crooked, or unstable, call for service.
